If we have the brand that you want but not the particular item, we may make the order for you. In this case, please contact our customer service for the possibility.

Payments

The MESO website accepts Payme, FPS, Alipay, WeChat Pay, bank transfer, and credit card (Master/Visa/Amex). An additional 1.7% handling fee will be charged for credit card payment. No credit card handling fee will be charged during the promotion period.

MESO stores accept cash, EPS, UnionPay, CUP, UnionPay, credit card (Master/Visa/Amex), Alipay, WeChat Pay, and Octopus.

Taiwan: Bank transfer (CTBC Taiwan), Alipay and Wechat Pay are accepted.  Credit Card Payments (by Stripe) could be used with 1.7% charge
China: Alipay and Wechat Pay are accepted.  Credit Card Payments (by Stripe) could be used with 1.7% charge.  
Macau: Bank transfer (BOC Macau), Alipay and Wechat Pay are accepted. Credit Card Payments (by Stripe) could be used with 1.7% charge.
Other Countries: Credit Card Payments (by Stripe) could be used with 1.7% charge.

Stripe is a credit card payment method for customers who do not have either other electronic payment method nor local bank. However, 1.7% charge is needed.  Free Handling Fee on Credit Card Payments during promotional period.

When you make payment, the website would ask you to select your current country or location. The available payment methods will then come out for your ease of payment.

If you use the same bank as the MESO for transfer, as listed in Questions 1 and 2, the handling fee will be waived. However, if you use another bank, please check with your bank for the relevant fees.

Shipping Information

At the moment our retail operation do not provide any type of shipping. Shipping fees listed on our website are only applicable to online orders.

The address classification provided by the customer is determined by the courier service provider we choose. If you are not sure, it is recommended to check with us before placing an order. Please note that we will not ship the goods until the freight difference is fully charged.

Yes, please see the Shipping Page to see shipping options and fees to different countries. At this moment please contact us directly to get a shipping quote to countries that are not listed.

Please check the working days for delivery in the Shipping Page table. The actual delivery time may vary due to factors such as the need for transshipment and the special arrangements of the service provider, so the delivery time cannot be guaranteed.

Established in Hong Kong where no sales tax is levied, our company will therefore not charge customers any form of tax. But please note that your purchase amount does not include and we are not responsible for any taxes that your country of residence may charge you. For tax rates, please refer to the relevant department information in your country/region, such as the customs department.

It is recommended not to change the shipping method you have selected after submitting the order. If you can notify us through real-time chat before we ship the goods, we will try our best to cooperate with your changes, but we will not make any guarantee for the changes you request.

Returns & Exchanges

In order to allow every customer to buy products in our company that have not been returned by other customers, our company adheres to the principles of hygiene and safety, and does not accept any product replacement and refund requests made by customers due to personal factors after purchase.

MESO Beauty Exchange Regulations

1. Refund policy is not available.
2. After our company’s investigation, products can be considered exchanged only if they are certified by us or authoritative institution to be defective and damaged.
3. Effective receipt is needed for product exchange within 7 days after purchase. After the 7 days, any exchange is not applicable.
4. Exchange with a reason of skin sensitivity after using is not available.
5. Exchange with a person reason, such as wrong product choice, color or a change of mind, is not available.
6. Inner wear and bodysuit cannot be exchanged.
7. MESO Beauty Limited reserves the right for final decision.

All costs involved in the replacement process include, but are not limited to, freight, fees charged by the authority, etc. These costs are borne and responsible by the buyer.

Meso Beauty Limited is not responsible for any personal reactions to any specific ingredients. Please feel free to ask us for the ingredient list before purchasing.

If you experience an allergic reaction, please stop using it. Meso Beauty is not responsible for any reactions caused by the brands sold by the company, so we will not provide any refunds or replacements based on personal reasons (such as allergic reactions).
